Seeking Help With Overcoming Addiction?

Let us help. We offer both a traditional intensive outpatient service that accepts all major insurances and NH medicaid, as well as a more customized private pay intensive outpatient program that provides access to an online course, family education sessions and in the moment coaching for high risk situations.

Our admissions process is simple and accessible. A licensed counselor or certified recovery coach will answer the phone when you call our admissions line. If no one answers, we will return your call that day. Our programs serve Southern New Hampshire, Maine, and Northern Massachusetts. We are a short commute from Portsmouth and the Seacoast, the North Shore of Massachusetts, and York County, Maine.

Our traditional IOP is 3 hours a day 4 days a week and includes options on M, T, Th and F from 10am to 1p in person and 4p to 7p in person or online via zoom.

All program participants and graduates can also attend our ongoing drop in aftercare group on Wed at 530p which is also available in person or on zoom.

VALUES

Accessible: We go above and beyond to remove barriers to entering our service through the intake process by eliminating unnecessary eligibility requirements using a harm reduction approach. We understand how people change and recover from substance use disorders and how the window of time to help can be limited. We keep people engaged by using all forms of electronic communication to reach them.

Responsive: We respond to people’s needs quickly and without hesitation, whether it’s supporting them with a challenge outside of their normal group time, helping them with a medication authorization or setting up a conversation with their families. We ask questions and provide feedback based off what people share with us and what they ask for, in order to individualize interventions and meet people where they are at.

Safe: Our service is operated and provided by fully trained clinical staff. All of our staff understand how sensitive and critical the decision to enter services for drug and alcohol use can be. We know how to navigate vulnerable and emotional conversations about topics like trauma, shame, forgiveness and grief. We have carefully designed our course curriculum to create safety, so people are comfortable being vulnerable. We also use principles of adult learning to teach new habits and behaviors through experiential learning.
